Dan has been on the radio and TV in NZ and the UK since starting out as a schoolboy at Radio Waitaki back in 1983, and is also in demand as a host and MC at events.

A proud Old Boy of Waitaki Boys’ High School he does what he can to encourage and support the young people of the Waitaki, and is a proud father to two teenagers.

Outside of Real he looks after all the programming and technical bits, and as the owner also pays the bills.
